I also have a slightly jaded view on millennials not being able to afford housing because I talk with many people in my job and I can't count the times I hear about how people can't afford to buy a house when in subsequent conversations I find out they collect premium shoes and have a whole closet dedicated to them, go out to eat/the bar 3-5 times per week, and have high end phones, TV's etc.

As far as I know they've all "fired" those clients and left them to the few management companies willing to deal with them (for a hefty premium).There are more recent buildings in Rhode Island that aren't condominiums so if that's really your thing then you should still be able to find something.

Always a little confusing for me when people have a PM and are asking what THEY should do.....You are paying a premium to a PM to handle issues like this..... they need to handle this..... perfect example of WHY you pay them each month.

Essentially, if it's not in premium condition, they can warrant a service call and the associated fees.Be careful when you confront them on it because you need to consider their defense.
