Money is the vehicle but the why's are more deep.

Every evening I drive by all the local motels and count the vehicles that look like contractor vehicles. 

Florida and a few states offer a land trust that is a great vehicle to hold a property.  

Also, we currently share ownership of our vehicle so we split that expense down the middle.

As an analytics professional I know it's pretty much impossible to predict any economic event with precision. 

I am slowly moving my investments into more passive vehicles and have only invested in discounted note funds so far.  

I believe there are people looking for places/vehicles to invest.

Today when I stopped by to drop off some things I noticed an additional vehicle in the garage, which I imagine is his since the woman and her daughters are the only tenants in my two family at this point.  

(Not turning $1 in .95 cents to hopefully make $1.05 in 30 years) There are much better vehicles for making money.
