I am currently looking in the markets I invest in which are the urban towns in NJ, Newark, Irvington, East Orange, and Elizabeth where I have a good local knowledge of the market.

I'd try to make it color that stands out (orange comes to mind) and give it a title like "Sell My House!"

Here in Orange County all of the coastal areas have short term rentals, and the local governments are very supportive.

Like some have mentioned you have to look at fundamentals, salaries, rents, interest rates , here in SoCal(SoCali), The Orange County register predicts 5% growth for 2018.

You hammer and nails example is an apples and oranges comparison.The debate about the what the banks would do, is a waste of time to me. 

That’s absurd truth of the matter is they aren’t that difficult to install yourself. you should’ve asked the salesperson for a glass of Orange juice with that price and season tickets to the Yankees!

I’m starting a new career path in financial services to become a financial counselor.So far my family is looking at options of either purchasing out of state WA deals, buying in-state Orange County flips, or expensive duplexes right here in San Diego.I am excited to see who I meet with and who I will be working with.

I moved here just over a year ago from Orange County and absolutely love it.

As I am from out of state (Orange County, CA) and have been studying the overall market, I’m interested if anyone has opinions on good submarkets for renters.

Off the top of my head, it "seems" like a perfect fit, close tot he beach, new outlet mall, restaurants, and it's in Orange County (Disneyland, sports teams, shopping, surfing and more) perfect weather, etc.
