Yeah, I'd go in telling the exact process of what your intentions are too.What I'm wondering is when you explain the process clearly to real estate agents or attorney's it's like their so opposed to it for some reason.. just my experience.

., it sounds like it would be a good idea to plan on caulking to seal failing siding where possible, replacing boards that are too far gone, and painting the entire exterior - even though most of the house appears to be in good shape - with a quality paint to ensure that all of the siding is properly protected against moisture.
