I want to save money, so that would be the goal in that, lowering the monthly costs of life.

I don't quite care enough to take that step to save the other side a little money.

Not many people want to give up the name of their contractor, especially online for everyone to see.

Anyway I saved him from at least sending anymore money to these fraudsters and he did pay my loan off..

I've looked online but couldn't find a lease that has anything about not being able to claim ownership of the property, most were focused on rent payments which I'm not concerned with.   

We do this every time and it has saved us countless times.

So you need to determine who your customer is, what is your value proposition and how you get them over the finish line whether it be online in person or a mix of both
