Section 8 lost my paper work for ACH deposits so it did take me almost 2 months to get my 1st payment from them, but now it's always on time the 4th or so of month in my account and tenants have been paying their on the agrees upon 1st Friday of the month (payday).I agree that you have to screen and treat them like your other tenants.

But, in most states, if you're not the owner then you can't manage it without a license.Trust Account: If your rent collection is not an online ACH/e-check transfer (which I highly recommend setting up for all properties -- from the tenant straight to the owner), then you cannot collect the rent without setting up your own trust account.
