I’m new in Dfw market and would love some tips

Hello, I am looking for input from those who have used online rental payment applications for their tenants to pay their rent. 

Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.

I would say, while there are more people selling their courses than I wish, the number has actually gone down in the last few years.  

Because it's possible to generate a lawsuit against yourself in the course of operating the property and you want to make sure your commercial insurance is going to cover the lawsuit against you personally.

Hey Josh, BP resources are a great inexpensive way that provide more values than 99% of courses.

Of course the common thought is that there is two closing so it most cost a fortune but the reality is it MUCH cheaper then the 3 month seasoning products and usually cheaper then the 6 month products in terms of upfront costs with usually a better long term rate.
