I recently trained a woman to analyze and make offers on reo properties.

I don't allow certain breeds of dogs forbidden by insurance (pits, rottys, german shepards, etc) and any dog that displays aggressive tendancies--also absolutely no new dogs or puppies as they chew and are not trained to releive themselves outside.

i'm a huge soccer fan...actually played pro for the MISL for a year and a half..was the backup goalie for Detroit 2 years ago, and trained in Philly before I was released last year, but that feels like ages ago!

Did he have insurance on the property while the rehab was ongoing??

I've flown across the country training those that paid me a great sum and then did absolutlely nothing with what they were taught.  

Fair warning though...there's a train track that runs along the outside of Keesler AFB, so if trains rumbling by is a deal breaker, then looking further out may be a better option.

I'm conducting my diligence & considering on going the mentor program training with him so I graciously appreciate any feedback, comments, and or replies good or bad regarding him or even going in this direction. 

Hi everyone, I'm looking into entering a very niche market of providing a "Crash pad" to military officers going through long training courses.

I've yet to find any side effects besides happiness and great sleep.If this was an ongoing problem in a state where it is illegal, it might become a problem.
