In fact, I believe I heard her come back around 1am two nights ago but that was the last time I heard or seen her presence. 

I knew they were in bad neighborhoods but I went out and out bandit signs out last night anyways.

Plus living in a neighborhood where your family is uncomfortable going for a walk at night time is no way to live.

Me being a newby to multi families I just want to make sure I can sleep at night regarding debt and not being overextended.

Thanks for the advice @Jay Shapiro and Michael Seeker .We went to look at it last night and you were right on about the neighbors and the property in general.  

They do online webinars for the classroom portion and are 2.5 hour time blocks both days and nights.  

She would scream and fight and throw things at her imaginary tormentors all night long.
