I called today after seeing the damage and he said it may be covered under a separate policy I have which includes a provision for newly acquired properties.I am only in for a couple thousand right now, but the property would be worth at least $15k and the redemption period ends Monday.

In the case of having a newly vacant subdivided plot of land, I do think building the max amount of units makes the most sense.

I posted 2 months ago, i was 2 weeks into launching our first STR in Panama City Beach, using everything that I had learned researching and reading here.2 months later, we just passed $50k+ in bookings for the year and we still have half of August to the end of the year to book.thanks again for all the help and information from this board.

So, now section 8 had all these nice new or newly renovated homes and I suspect that's what led them to the measures to get rid of the so-so properties in so-so neighborhoods.The neighborhood that all my houses are in is completely blacklisted.
