If your looking for anything other than a home or vacation home you should probably look for a commercial agent (they are harder to find, most of them don't drive around with flashing neon signs and lifesize photographs of themselves on their vehicles like alot of residentials do) but if you look hard enough they are there.

Labor and material costs in geographic areas as well as other relate construction costs are compiled nationally much like the blue book for vehicles, that is what they look to.These valuation sites are too far off to make any buying or selling decision on, plus or minus, valuations go both ways.

Using loans is actually a gamble that nothing will go wrong and that there will be significant appreciation.Easy credit has prompted homebuilders to make ever larger and fancier houses, and carmakers to make larger and fancier vehicles.

You can do that if there is lots of demand.As to traffic tickets, there are people who earn their living driving a vehicle, and would lose that job if they had too bad of a traffic record or lost their license for too many tickets.

I just would never do that.. simply because I have other vehicles and ways to earn a living that that amount of leverage would make me FAR more than 100 a month.. or 10k a month with 4 or 5 million of exposure. 

(I don't count medical debt or student loan debt as long as it looks like they pay on time on credit cards, utilities, vehicles, rent, etc.)Hope this helps.
