If your looking for anything other than a home or vacation home you should probably look for a commercial agent (they are harder to find, most of them don't drive around with flashing neon signs and lifesize photographs of themselves on their vehicles like alot of residentials do) but if you look hard enough they are there.

I just would never do that.. simply because I have other vehicles and ways to earn a living that that amount of leverage would make me FAR more than 100 a month.. or 10k a month with 4 or 5 million of exposure.
