Right now I'm looking to learn all I can about the business and I've always believed that the best way to learn is by doing, so I think being a virtual assistant for a real estate investor would be a good way to increase my knowledge base.So essentially just looking for a place online where real estate investors would be looking for a virtual assistant, as well as what qualities or services they would look for so that I can try to provide those.

I would vet the person, confirm POF (proof of funds) if there is an LLC  the contract will be in (copy of docs confirming he has the authorization to sign on behalf of the LLC)and yes there are properties in the Atlantic County area under $100,000, but you will need to define the city and have an excellent Realtor to assist in the process (some areas taxes are higher). 

It will usually be the best way to verify ARV, and assist you in making a smart offer

I'm saving about 30% of my full-time job income (which should bump to almost 50% in a few months) and hustling around as a rideshare driver, but I'd really like the opportunity to continue earning money without the added costs of gas, car maintenance, etc.Does anyone have suggestions or advice for a newbie investor on becoming a virtual assistant?

Now, If I give her a 30 day notice tomorrow for cause of breaching her agreement by not purchasing paper goods (imagined scenario) and she decides to call in code enforcement they could find faults that she might argue out weight the monetary value of the paper products.
