This program was written by a guy from Cal Tech based on the ONE account in Europe and it works.

I am looking at buying an old two story brick commercial building that is right on the town common in a very good city just west of Boston, and is perfect for mixed use.

What I did, and it worked perfectly, was I got a gallon of white vinegar, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and mixed some of that in a 5 gallon bucket.

They are out of Roseville and a great mix of high service level and reasonable fees.

I am all out of magic fairy dust and HVAC service techs aren't available 24/7. 

The tenant came by yesterday to show the apartment to prospect tenants and found that her key doesn't work and was irate when she called the emergency line to get in, the maintenance tech told her to turn the handle and that is is unlocked, and now she is also angy that her door isn't locked.

I have experience in both real estate (running PE funds for the past 10 years) and have been an angel investor in multiple tech companies here in California. 

I want to be able to continue to grow our portfolio but using a mix of our funds and family/friends investments.Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

If it's a mix of Uber and Lyft and XYZ, and combined it is still steady or trending upwards, even better since all their eggs aren't in one basket.
