What does he do if he has a medical appointment or something else?

One of my tenants is pestering me to replace a perfectly working jetted tub with a plain tub, she is quoting that it is tough to clean and due to that she is getting fungal infection and quoting medical reasons, Plumbers are quoting between 2 to 3K to replace the tub, I asked her to use professional cleaners to clean the tubm but she is pestering me, Am i required to replace the tub, since she is quoting medical reasons will I be liable for any medical bills.

It is an approximate 40k sq ft property, all of of which is retail(café, medical and professional offices, no residential) have reached out to the agent.

She has a medical problem and is an active duty military officer.

So when that one car is out and they're low on food or medication, being able to walk to a supermarket or pharmacy is huge.

It is sad that I exercised every option I could meeting several times with (both individually and together) the building inspector, the building official, my city councilman, the city administer, and the mayor to try and prevent an escalation that would involve lawyers.  

Thank you, I’m exercising one last lending  option before having to go that route.

If they are claiming it is an emotional support animal, all you can do is ask for documentation from a local medical doctor verifying it.
