I have googled a few & have a few on social media, I'm looking for more suggestions to look into and hopefully make a strong team and where better to go than BP. 

You could easily find yourself not really knowing what to do with your time...even 15 or 20 minute increments that you would normally just be texting or scrolling social media (or BiggerPockets ;)).

I have some ideas already which are business cards, webpage, social media, bandit signs and I will try to attend some auctions as well. 

Just wire it towards where the cable will enter the house and put it all into a small structured media enclosure.

Which we locals certainly know that to SOME EXTENT it is true....it is poorly run and corrupt and dangerous but NOT EXACTLY in the way the media likes to portray.

The last thing you want is tension between the tenant and PM and you being the outlet for relief.If you have an issue with a PM overcharging, you ought to redefine the scope of the relationship.
