That being said I never post much or even interact on these platforms, however, I do understand that if I am to have any semblance of success in this business, I must have a strong social media presence, So please give me any advice on how I can stay in constant touch with my social media platforms.Thanks for Reading and responding.

If you feel nervous enough about a person that you can't trust them in this interaction, I assure you as time goes on you won't learn to get a warm and fuzzy.that said, find an equivalent statement from the same issuing bank on a google image search and compare. or find a local branch employee from that bank, make a copy of this statement and black out all identifying information and ask them if it looks like a legitimate statement from them.

charging seems a little overzealous (this coming from a CPA).I try to look at my client interactions an awful lot like my interactions with my contractors on my properties.

Happily,  I maintain logs of my customer interactions,  I showed my history of the underwriter's  loan stipulation --originally demanding an inspection (which the Borrower protested ) and the eventual  Hold Harmless agreement....

As promised here is my review : Going through the strategy was a good learning experience but for us we don’t think it was worth what we paid YET , but the hope is that the things we learned and implement will save us a lot of money in the future as we keep growing our real estate business .The way ours was I would describe it as taking a class for a semester where you have 45min - 1hr biweekly interaction with the instructor .
