I've never done Air BnB as an investor, but it doesn't sound bad to me - the income you can get would be much higher than a traditional tenant... also more turnover/managing bookings ect - so depends on if the cashflow makes the extra work worth it for you. 

We remodeled the 100 year old Spanish bungalow and turned the living room into an extra bedroom, took down a wall in the kitchen to open up the floor plan, and added french doors off the dinning/living room to give it an indoor/outdoor feel.

I see a lot of posts about this topic, but not many with answers or a lot of information. I am thinking about starting with a smaller piece of property 200ft wide by 295 long. I can fit 28-30000 sqft of building on it...

Right Brothers Heating and Air have replaced several HVAC systems for us, and they also do mini splits in older homes.

We'll do business with just about any kind of tenant, but we like advanced manufacturing, construction companies, air freight and flex R&D. 

We stayed in Ohio City recently and it was cool...lots of transition and a very hip feel...the Cleveland architecture is awesome, and the indoor market is as good as any...and in the summer, you can't beat the lake.

My wife and I have a rental condo in Las Vegas where the water heater is integrated into the central forced air heating system.

Maybe Air BnB it or something.

I may try VRBO once I get some reviews on Air!

The air is cleaner, crime is lower, and I am still within a good commuting distance of my job downtown, for when I need to return physically to the workplace.
