He goes on to say "Specifically I am looking at buying either a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house and renting out the two extra rooms or buying a duplex/triplex and renting out the extra houses" (so presumably won't mind paying a bit of his own mortgage to live in his own pad?).

Also, get this, Her bathroom sink had clogged and I think her boyfriend removed the ptrap and ran a 1 1/2 PVC pipe set up into the toilet when ever she used the sink.
