They had a large, beautiful camper parked in Yellowstone National Park where spaces are in high demand.

I did a random search for a week on airbnb and the low end was $60 a night and the high end was $110.  

Being a first time home buyer as well as having the home be owner occupant I was able to only put 5% down through money I had saved throughout high school. 

Our Agent / Advisor for this project was Lien Vuong (excellent experience and highly recommend if you are in the Greater Boston Area).

Competition is high also so I wouldn’t touch it if I was out of state.

If you are looking for a consistent performing STR assets then I would highly recommend Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Perdido Key area along the AL/FL coastI have helped many recent investors find turnkeys properties as well as vacant lots for them to build STR new construction homes on.

The setup fees are high and the annual fees are even higher.

It is highly likely the person taking the money would be charged with a crime and lose their license.
