And also since Providence is looking to start restricting AirBNB to owner occupied dwellings soon, you’ll already have that covered.If you don’t currently owner occupy any of the units then I guess you could try it but you might not have long to rent the units as AirBNB, how long I’m not sure but you’d want to follow that legislation (my guess is that any new legislation would take effect on a January 1st).AirBNB will require an initial up front investment to furnish the units, make them cute and homey or “artsy”, etc.
