Don't interest rates rise from printing too much money and gov debt.We rase interest rates to stave off inflation because there is nothing supporting our $$$ but other contries belief that we will pay it back.If we were on the gold standard this would not be the case there would be no need for inflation to raise prices simply because people had more $$$ and were getting scared of it's true worth.

It could be a dog scratch or someone fell down because it scared them to see a Pit-bull inside the fence, and all the jury has to hear is "Pit-bull" and you just lost your case and had the judgement tripled.Just say no.

Yes Jon, the hoa had meetings and scared the homeowners (showed them pics of dry rot in a few areas) and got the majority vote.I think he is stuck and if they don't get the 15 financing then I don't know how he is going to afford the larger payments.

The property taxes here are 4%, which is another thing that scares me.But basically my main question is this: I found a duplex in this neighborhood that appreciates well and has high value (costs $225,000 and has 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units).
