Why don't more would be landlords try their hand at owner financing?

That is often hard to gauge as some tenants take 3 showers a day and others decide to try their hand at green thumb in the middle of august.... and if they forget and leave the water on!

We found placing machines in each unit puts the utilities in the hands of the tenants and makes it easy to identify any abuse to the machinery ... it also allows us to use better, lower priced, equipment.Now, in the larger buildings, its a different story - we have machines supplied by a local company on a revenue share arrangement.

My partner on the other hand used to have a construction company in Las Vegas, but when the economy went down so did his company.

I know that there's nothing like hands-on learning, so I think its a good trade-off.
