Fortunately, no one was killed.

I usually ask for 1-1/2 month security, so cash flow wise, I'm covered.Through the years, if on a monthly basis, we got every one paid up by the 10th, we consider it a very good month, and fortunately we manage that 99% of the time.

Fortunately the wiring is already on separate circuits for the basement, so no re-wiring needed.
