Typically, if you can get things notarized locally, you can sign in your jurisdiction and overnight docs to Denver title co, since they will typically require originals of certain docs before the closing is formalized.

@David de Luna I have never formally done this, but have found a good set of contractors that will come back and fix their mistakes that may have been caught on inspection.Playing devil's advocate, if I were a contractor that stood behind my work, I would only accept these terms if there was also a timeline behind it.

Quick to emphasize, Do Not request any city inspection of any kind, you will be asking LA code enforcement to formally cite and digitally document the violation and then put you on a timeline to correct the violation (typically up to 2 years, but I have previous clients that found ways to drag out to 4 years with extensions etc).
