Who manages the contractors, how do you decide something if you disagree on cost or type and style of material etc. 

The company would handle finances, conduct maintenance including purchasing materials or hiring outside contractors if needed, etc.  

Although some of the work did materialized, most of the estimates were used to negotiate the price down or asking for a credit from the seller. 

I do 95% of the work myself and I can do a small complete bathroom remodel in 3 days and under $2000 using nice materials and a very nice wood/marble or wood/granite vanity..

Once you get a combination of materials you like, you can usually repeat the same materials in your next flip.Hope things get back on track for you.  

The good one s are in there every week buying materials and the people that work there know who is the real deal.

If you take one down (but please don't do that yet), it's similar material to the 2'x4' drop ceiling panels you can get today, but a little thinner.The problem is that some of these tiles contained the all-purpose miracle material, asbestos. 

We are acquiring the material directly this week to allow it to acclimate and will be ready for installation starting on the 5th.
