Or even a stock like Berkshire Hathaway is a play on the larger housing market (if you consider its holdings of banks, insurers, materials, furniture, shipping, even a realty arm, etc, etc, etc.).....A little unorthodox for BP, but it may be worth a look, and a super liquid investment (and there are some decent dividends out there, but not BRK on the dividend)....You may not have to own the actual property to make a decent return off the industry (which could have some decent demographics behind it with more household formation/home ownership by millenials).

I am not sure what you land situation is... but can you add a pull off to the drive (kind of like a "Y" shaped arm) from the driveway to make it easier to turn around and pull out of the driveway.

Others are on 15% down, 20 year amortizations with 5 year arm at 5%, would also like to refinance those to 30 years if possible.From the ones I look online, it seems like the minimum is 100k.Any help is appreciated.Thanks.

By insisting the appraiser redo the appraisal, I came armed with information and wound up with a new appraised value almost $150k over the original appraisal.
