I have done repairs and renovations, refinanced, and doubled my equity within 6 months, nearly eliminating that pesky PMI in the process. 

Essentially, I am more concerned with building my business credit/DUNS score and gradually eliminating the need to have my personal credit ran or effected whenever funds are needed to grow or enhance my business.

I have seen that the more I study and expose my problems to review, the easier they become to eliminate.

Getting new ones should mean those service calls get eliminated so this is my top of the list for mechanicals.

I read @Dan Stewart's comment to say that they were trying to eliminate short term rentals and it made no sense to me whatsoever based upon the tourism value there on the west coast.
