All I would really like you input about any software platforms for tracking properties from picture to owner contact to deal offer to reject/contract to close.I am looking to focus efforts and would like to know if anything exists today that looks at that.  

From the start, it was bad but now the windows are simply falling apart and the Low E coating is coming off.  

Amortize the allocation on Schedule E for your rental units and on Schedule A for your residence unit.

I say that because I'm not seeing many other Mobile/Manufactured Home Contractors on this platform except for me and that's how most contractors refer to them when they're really run down.Another thing that rubs me the wrong way is the dirt road.

Do you use this in conjunction with Podio or other CRM platform and how do you automate the process?

It's basically a database tool with the focus on collaboration (which of course is optional) and cross-platform usability.

I have a duplex under my name only, does it matter to file taxes under the sole prop. or just a schedule E on my personal return?
