Do not I repeat do not do it Trudy Montelango's reputation is not so good and I wouldn't pay $24K for any mentor regardless on how good he or she is.Save your money Trudy if you are going to use that 24K use it on real REAL ESTATE not some pipe dream some guru with a TV show feeds you.

That took a lot of search engine optimization (SEO) work.So, for marketing I'm using the internet and "we buy houses"signs in the neighborhoods I would want houses in.I'm only targeting median house prices which has droppedto about $250k-$275k.Now I'm looking to develop a more consistent business.The Portland-Metro market hasn't been doing that.

there are approx 40-50 homes in the subdivision (the developer went broke) out of a poss. 125 ish home sites.The homes i am looking at were orig. sold for approx low $400s - however these same homes are now selling for approx $380 as a foreclosed property.

And, Donald Trump has plenty of properties in locations that were already great before he bought or developed--he has a golf course in Palos Verdes; oceanfront condos in Baja; a casino on the Vegas strip; a hotel on 5th Avenue, condos with Lake Michigan views in downtown Chicago, etc.
