Plus, who knows...maybe someday they'll want to clean up their credit and decide to pay you off just to get it off their credit report.

My guess, they had a litter box in the kitchen, and the cat sprayed around the cabinet area or doorway.I'm not going to bring them back to clean up

He's replaced the water heater, sump pump and fixed the dishwasher as well as done a lot of extra clean up after storms etc.
