I am using home possible conventional and my offers includes - $3K above the highest offer up to where the cash on cash is lower the 10%, higher initial deposit $5K and higher inspection repair contegencie (anything above 15k) and quick closing.

I’m trying to build momentum so it looks like hard/private money and/or equity deals is going to be the sweet spot for that, i’m just trying to avoid putting 20% down with a conventional because i’d still like to have reserves for my other rentals as I grow and I want to have as little money of my own in the deal as possible.

Hi, I am working on my first property and have a conventional loan, which means my current LLC cannot "own" the asset, which I'm assuming eliminates protection the LLC would provide.I've seen other threads from years ago, from other states, so I'm hoping someone can provide any guidance on whether it's worth it to continue using the LLC or dump it and keep it all "personal".
