An occupied property comes with additional challenges.

Who knew it would be this challenging to find one.

I know that all sounds harsh, but if you aren't up for the challenge of being hard, than you need to hire that out.

What I've found so far is that it seems to be a bit of a challenge to locate these lists, since most list providers focus on improved property.

If it isn't spelled out before it will be challenging throughout the entire ownership.

You will of course have to defend your own actions, but this shouldn't be a problem for someone that has been licensed for an incredible 8 months.

I did purchase some cheap lots that were resold..but of course there are more challenges and less demand for land...especially for land that isn't in the middle city.. 

When State AGs and regulators begin prosecuting, and they are and will, small lenders and note dealers/investors will be devastated trying to defend themselves.
