Yea, it's more expensive to live here but it's so much fun and there are so many amazing things to do!

Love the post, it's a fun rollercoaster and i'm about a year in.

My hurdle that I acknowledge is that I am too focused on learning and listening that I am delaying any kind of action and never starting that momentum to begin really "figuring" things out.Lastly, quick fun things about me.

I love games, of pretty much any form, I find them very fun!

On the less pragmatic side of things, I have fun working with other real estate investors too as they tend to have a very consistent personality type that I get along with quite well. 

That answers to the source of your problems, your at the lowest rung of the ladder which tends to bring the lowest grade of tenant and with it all the "fun" of that tenant class. 

I consider this an essential part of due diligence, even though it might not be fun.   

Condos are fun rehabs...only have to deal with the interior.

Anyway it was fun trying to think of a new strategy and about the different parts of the investment even if it turns out to be unrealistic.
