The HOA has never been formally organized for owner input and participation and there's likely too many unsold lots to purchase in a fashion current lot owners could afford.

They must all also participate in the national health care plan they pass for the average citizens!

What I have a problem with are people who justify taking a grand from someone who can barely scrape up that money, doing so motivated on a bunch of spin and crap from a marketing guru that either makes promises or, because of the nature of their preceived expertise which is often exaggerated and gives them a few ideas that have been around for fourty years in a method that is presented as being new, different or as a secret!

Also, when you look at MLS photos the interior shots are usually dark and bare bedroom walls are not visually appealing.

How about locating a credit partner and seeing if they will let you participate in the investment for finding it?
