It's up to the broker and the office on how commissions are split.Some brokers might setup certain arrangements if a new agent explains that they are primarily an investor working for their own activities.

At Sharon's prompting I am also looking keenly at wholesaling while I am in this early stage.

I do know what those leases are and how they arranged but there is no way I have the knowledge to effectively negotiate for my client.

How can deals be structured or agent/broker arrangements be negotiated to minimize constraints and conflicts of interest with a growing syndication business.
