A rather unconventional approach.... but I’m looking for a multi-unit (preferably 3/4 units but would consider up to 6 units) in Burlington Ontario or Oakville Ontario.

Or are you purely looking to go the conventional route only? 

While I realize that if a person really wants to find out who owns the LLC, they ultimately can with some personal effort or potentially the courts, I didn’t want people to be able to easily look up that information online (ie a simple Google search).

By emphasizing my ability to close quickly and outlining my plans to enhance the property’s value, I was able to secure the deal at favorable terms.

Bottom line: you are looking at work as something to be avoided.
