You will never stop learning as a real estate investor, so I'm really glad to see that you're moving forward beyond education to start building your real estate portfolio!

It goes a long way in helping land a buyer a deal when the listing broker knows that buyer broker or agent gets it done if they go under contract with them.Where I see many brokers and agents fail is not educating the buyers about the process and then the buyers back out of a deal.

Gil Lieblich I think it may be a bit early to start putting a team together (I'm still in the education phase), but will definitely reach out when I'm ready to discuss.
