These feel like the new rage now days so wonder if we are entering late in the game and how these types of properties are found, in general.

Sometimes groups can have more synergy than an individual as the members tend to encourage and push each other a bit. 

My questions: are properties like this (where you have many single tenants are on individual leases) harder to sell?
