My agent is currently talking this over with her broker to see what, if anything, we can do.

You are wanting to operate as an unlicensed broker and use listing contracts DISGUISED as purchase and sale contracts.

Currently, the people that I have polled have went 80 20 against saying they will vet their own clients and that it would drive away more potential customers than bring them in.

No relationship other than as a satisfied customer.

most likely this will have to go through the process and end up with OREO broker who then lists it for sale.. trying to find a national lender and buying one house from them is next to impossible.. they simply will not deal with one asset.

I have been taking my agent licensing course and plan on working for a broker some time soon.
