Sometimes if that is an approval verse a bank account showing $500K for example, the agent on the list side may need a little education on what you are looking to do, I always have the lender call the agent in this situation to get them on board to get the listing agent more on board. 

Essentially there are investors out there that can build a large enough portfolio with little debt that can cash flow enough for a great life.If you want to scale to many properties then you will want to consider leveraging your existing properties.

Everyone has shared some valuable insights, so I won't rehash that.I'm curious though if you want to make payments monthly to build your nest? 

Ask them if you can speak to some of the borrowers they have lended to find out if they enjoyed working with them

I'm so over paying $200 in cleaning fees in suburbia America to have a list of check out instructions.

I'm pretty sure it had to record to an SD card but this was 8-10 years ago, and I'd be shocked if they didn't have cloud recording models today.

From what I'm reading here, and we immediately sought legal counsel on this, they're totally free to move out anytime they want.
