It was a little frustrating because I'd been in communication with these lenders from very early on, sharing all details with them from the start and repeatedly remarking on the Trust ownership, and stayed in contact with them throughout the discovery process as I firmed up everything on my end, and now I have the plans, the contractors, the OOP funds, and basically everything else ready to get started within 1-4 months, but I'm back at square one re: loan.

The most competitive market segment is 250k to 450k, nice suburbs are between 500k and 800k and certain areas a good share of homes over one million, especially in the top school districts.The City of Milwaukee (Milwaukee proper) is about 580,000 people, Milwaukee County has 19 municipalities, many of the very affluent. 

Personally, I would start by diving into recently sold (6months) properties within a mile that share similar characteristics to your home.

ie: pricing software, listing platforms other than Vrbo and Airbnb, digital guestbooks, integration software, direct booking sites, camera subscriptions, other subscriptions etc.Then what percentage of all this software is it of your net profits?

Specifically wondering if they award the FMR listed on the HUD site, if there is an abundant applicant pool, and if the housing authority is responsive. 

So is the $100 course that is offered on his site different than what others have discussed?
