This winter will be bad.I have a tenant that informed me today Dec rent will be short and or late. 

Holiday markets, construction workers needing somewhere to stay, (we have a lot of this since there are always new developments popping up here, workers working on the dams nearby, etc.)

My dad also leaves in Orlando (Winter Garden), and began his investing career in SFHs just a couple of years ago.

But you may be trying to do the outside work before winter so that may change things!

It's in La Quinta, so the summers are hot and winters cold.

The holiday season can be a good time to buy.

My main reason for using them honestly is because they said they could rent it in the winter and I didn’t want the hassle of setting up the cleaning and maintenance but they aren’t even doing that.

I don’t expect much action being a holiday week and this time of year.

This is my second winter- last winter I did less than 3 bookings.
