Build an affordable website through Leadpropeller, Investor Carrot and do some online marketing and SEO to drive traffic to your site.  

Personally, I feel my time, efforts, and $ would be better spent on creating advertising/social networking to drive traffic to my landing pages. 

The simple  is the common BOOKMARK, butTo make a saved article searchable on my pc:file menu->save page as.... format choice->Web Page Complete This creates a clickable HTM or HTML file and a folder of the same name full of the graphics required by the HTML. 

Whatever happens, it's good experience for me, and I know I'm helping my nearly 80 yr old father as this is the most traffic the units have gotten since I started pitching in and helping about a month ago with online marketing/listings.

Landlords may not refuse residential tenants of commerce in communications or require any certain provider.Actually, landlines in an emergency can be more efficient communication, have a tornado coming your way and see if you can call granny on your smartphone, "due to heavy volumes of traffic your call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later"!  

(Hell anyone can create a web page these days) I think I know the answer but should I run away?????

Eventually, I would like to get to a budget of $300 a month on this and then grow this as we start to get leads from this effort.Organic SEO:I write blog posts to try and increase our web presence.
