About how much higher of a premium interest rate can I expect to pay on a DSCR loan compared to a conventional loan interest rate? 

Also if the owner does give me the bank that holds the mortgage should I call the bank to see what they would be willing to take to sell the house?

Much harder these days with the high rates. 

With rates expected to be cut next month I would suggest a 3-6month CD to lock in the higher rate as long as you know you don’t need the money early.  

I typically didn't negotiate the interest rate or points (as they would invest it elsewhere for more), but did negotiate the way it was to be paid (at the sale or refi, as opposed to upfront or monthly).

Does anyone have any experience with renting to Corporate Relocation companies who provide temporary housing solutions for insurance clients who have been displaced from their homes due to claims?

However through my research i keep coming across this term sneaky duplex where people turn there basements into a unit or block off part of there house to turn into a separate unit. my plan is to use the basement for traveling nurses because you would already have the water and power turned on for them "house is 5 minutes away from the hospital", live in the upstairs for a year and possible house hack one of the rooms.
