I've rented to dozens of Section 8 and about half of them ended up not paying their portion, disappearing in the middle of the night, or leaving the place trashed with thousands in cleaning/repairs.

If you used an agent on the purchase, they may have more leverage as their are some subtle threats they can make, but if you didnt use an agent, you wont have that leverage.

Recent weather patterns suggest that warmer seas, for example, result in more extreme winter weather in much the US Midwest, not less extreme.I suspect the biggest potential threat of climate change will be that someplace like CO will turn off the spigot for SoCal.

Bandit signs could also be not allowed in your market and now you get slapped with a nice fine along with the threats from the person who has to take down your 200+ bandit signs every week. like I said before this will ultimately depend on what works in your market. you just have to test what works or network with people who do deals in your market to find what they do.Now as for Facebook ads, the success of your campaign will depend on your execution.
