Of course the house would be used as collateral, and we dont need 75% LTV could even do 50% which eliminates most of the rtisk for the bank.Anyone have any suggestions or banks in Florida that can help with this issue?

I started watching videos, books, info i could and immediately implemented marketing suggestions asking if sellers/FRBO's would consider doing a rent to own.

Do you guys have any good suggestions for suburbs?

I don't have anything that needs work at the moment, but am looking for suggestions for different contractors in the Syracuse area in the event I may need them for my current property purchased in August of this year (2017).

I am curious to hear of some other success stories and would like some suggestions as to what markets/areas work.

@Eddie Wright - for the right price, you can find a buyer for anything.I suggest you google HomeVestors franchises (there are a lot in your area).

I suggested using a regular Conventional Loan for an Investment Property with a 20% down payment and for the renovations, using a Construction Loan. 

I should ask for fee details though, haven't gotten that, thanks for the suggestion!
