@Shalin PatelPartnership's are great in that you can be very flexible with allocation of income between the partners/members.However, there has to be substantial economic effect for the partnership allocation to be valid.

I had this happen to me when I first graduated college, I couldn't substantiate my job offer until I filed my taxes the following year, so the bank just took into account my min. wage jobs from college and a portion of what my paystubs showed.
