Even if you had NO idea what a Lamborghini Huracán was worth ...... what would be your IMMEDIATE response if I offered one to you at half-price?

We got all kinds of compliments, and rented the property out at top dollar with multiple offers (FYI).Now, I am ONLY speaking to the WHITE cabinets because of the finish type that HD uses for their white cabinets. 

I am told that it is more expensive for sellers to accept VA offers because of Termite inspections and repairs and many other costs.

I always go in with offers contingent on inspection.

Typically owners want an offer before showing but see if you can view.

They might be willing to walk properties with you and provide estimates before you put in your offer (sometimes for a fee).

We used Tenant Turner before that and switched because TT did not offer auto showings at the time.

Yes, this is pretty normal - generally conventional loans like this are super competitive (since everyones essentially offering the same product) so shopping and finding some deals especially with smaller banks and brokers can yield good rates well under the "prevailing headline market rates"
