Fixed problem (they said what it was but can't remember specifics) = 143.00Week 3 Tenant said shower head is broken, towel rack is loose and there was a leak at the washing machine bib. = $105.00 This was all done without my approval, I let the first two slide because I would have agreed to them fixing them both (not the dryer vent) I don't even supply the washer and dryer so them complaining of a leak on THEIR washer and cleaning the vent to the dryer doesn't make sense to me nor having to fix a shower head?

I'd take everything to Wells Fargo and we'd sort it out.Once, Wells Fargo actually ran the checks through - so the tenants were charged by their banks, but the deposit wasn't deposited to the owner's account.

but...I heard from real estate owners that u take it seriously and notify them straight away with a late fee penalty, let them know ur serious coz ur not a bank otherwise u will be last on the list if ur soft and lenient, they will prioritise u down the list during hardship...this is the stance I wud take also when I come to that part...

Otherwise, leave the grease in the pan until the pan is cool and use a paper towel to give it a good wipe and then wash the pan with soap and hot water.

The cleaning fee usually covers not only the cleaning but also supplies such as paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc., etc.
