They go to work early and sleep early, we have a baby and want it quiet early because baby goes to bed early.

I do use them as a hotel room is just a place to sleep while I’m visiting or traveling, it’s not the attraction.

Many of them work nights and just want quietness to sleep in the day.Is this or any type of leasing of my home allowed in a park?

You'll need a king, queen, or 2 twins to sleep 2 to a room.

If you are so willing, you can convert the living room into a bedroom and sleep there. 

I want a single family home with room to sleep multiple guests I can have one day.

You'll make less money, but if it helps you sleep at night.. that's worth something too.

I have definitely seen that building such trust means you'll sleep at night, and have referrals to more investors in the future.
